Mara is an experienced orthopedic physical therapist with a specialization in pelvic health using this knowledge to help not only her perinatal patients, but all of her orthopedic patients. She grew up in Oak Park and earned her Exercise Science degree from Calvin College. After completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Elon University in 2010, Mara returned to the area to begin her career. She is a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance and was previously a NASM-certified personal trainer. Mara fosters a collaborative environment, using her diverse skills and expertise to empower and motivate her clients both inside and outside the clinic.
